We will store the information about you on computer and in other records. We will only use this information for the purposes registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, and where appropriate the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001. This may include sharing your information with other companies in the Central Capital Group.
As part of the Mortgage Code Compliance Board's (MCCB) duties we may be asked to provide access to our records so that the MCCB may carry out an audit of our activities. If we disclose your personal information to the MCCB the MCCB has agreed with us that it will only use this information for the purposes of compliance with the Mortgage Code and not for any other reason.
As part of the Finance Industry Standards Association's (FISA) duties we may be asked to provide access to our records so that FISA may carry out an audit of our activities. If we disclose your personal information to FISA, they have agreed with us that it will only use this information for the purposes of compliance with their Codes of Practice and not for any other reason.

To prevent or detect fraud, or to assist in verifying your identity, we may make searches of Group records and at fraud prevention agencies who will supply us with information. We may also pass information to financial and other organisations involved in fraud prevention to protect ourselves and our customers from theft and fraud. If you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this. We, members of the Group, and other companies may use this information if decisions are made about you or others at your address(es) on credit or credit-related services.
